Systems steward by day, trust-pipeline architect by night.

I'm an IT professional, process architect, and product steward driven by clarity, transparency, and trust-centered design. I manage multi-campus educational infrastructure by day, build verification tooling by night—and refine everything in between.

Experience

Current Role

I serve as I.T. Coordinator at The City School (TCS) in Philadelphia, leading incident response, asset management, and infrastructure modernization. I oversee key IT projects—including an MSSP transition, E-Rate implementations, and process documentation—while optimizing service delivery, user satisfaction, and operational uptime across multiple campuses.

CAps™ Creator

CAps™ is a portable, trust-forward correction utility designed to complement autocorrect and streamline text revision workflows, quickly and easily solving the "double-caps" problem. It operates as a lightweight enhancement layer, giving users rapid access to trusted corrections wherever keystrokes are happening—engineered for speed, accuracy, and user empowerment.

The CAps cockpit, "CAps-Cortex™," showcases technical implementation, visual design, documentation polish, and UX focus—essentially, the nuts-and-bolts of my product stewardship philosophy focused on clarity, trust, and respect for the user.

Cert-Ready Technology Academy, LLC

I founded CRTA to expand access to tech careers for middle and high school students, as well as adult learners. Our model is certification-first—designed to help students graduate not only with diplomas, but with industry-recognized credentials. From CompTIA to Microsoft tracks, the goal is equity, readiness, and career acceleration. It's where mentorship meets methodology, tailored to your school's culture.

Our goal: plant the seeds of tomorrow's tech field today.

See FutureReady@TCS for CRTA's proposal to TCS, a private K-12 Christian school with 2 campuses in Philadelphia, PA. There is also an interactive flipbook version at the bottom of this screen.

Tools & Philosophy

I work fluently across scripting (PowerShell, Bash, AutoHotkey, Python), front-end design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI/UX), and user trust tooling (GPG, hashes, OpenTimestamp). I practice commitments to parity, transparency, and future-proof design. I also support educational programs—training tech learners, facilitating youth chess clubs, and mentoring next-gen problem solvers.

I leverage a wide variety of AI tools—ranging from automation agents and prompt engineering platforms to generative design and data synthesis—to drive revenue, streamline operations, and amplify organizational impact. My approach blends technical precision with strategic insight and creativity, ensuring that AI integrations are not just clever, but cost-effective and aligned with user respect.

Beyond systems, I support educational programs—training tech learners, facilitating youth chess clubs, and mentoring next-gen problem solvers. Whether guiding certification-first pathways or embedding trust into digital workflows, I build with clarity, empowerment, and long-term value in mind.
